With the benefits of moringa, dragon fruit and chia seeds, these jars are just bursting with superfood powers! This recipe is easier to prepare than it looks!
Moringa and Dragon Fruit Chia Pudding Ingredients
1tsp The Moringa Man's moringa leaf powder (add more to taste)
1tsp Just Blends dragon fruit powder
2tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2tbsp rice malt syrup
Coconut yogurt, granola and strawberries to serve
Combine chia seeds and almond milk and allow the mixture to thicken overnight
Mix the rice malt syrup into the chia mixture and portion into two halves
Mix The Moringa Man's moringa leaf powder into one half of the mixture, and mix the dragon fruit powder into the other half
Carefully layer your mixtures into two jars with the coconut yogurt
Top with your favourite granola mix and strawberries if desired!
