An easy overnight chia pudding for breakfast made even more delicious with blueberries!
Moringa Blueberry Chia Pudding Ingredients (serves one)
1/4tbs The Moringa Man's moringa leaf powder (add more to taste)
3tbs chia seeds
300ml almond milk
Small handful of blueberries
100g yoghurt (we like Chobani)
Soak chia seeds in almond milk overnight in a small bowl, or until all the seeds expand to form a thick pudding
Portion half of the chia pudding and mix in The Moringa Man's moringa leaf powder then portion into your cup; with the remaining chia pudding, mix in your blueberries until the chia pudding is nicely coloured purple
To serve, top your cup with some yoghurt and some fresh passionfruit!
