Toasted Coconut Moringa Balls

Super easy to make, nice and chewy with just the right of sweetness and moringa flavor! Our new favorite on-the-go snack in between meals.

Toasted Coconut Moringa Ball Ingredients


  • 1tsp The Moringa Man's moringa powder 
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • Pinch of salt



  1. Whisk the egg whites and rice malt syrup until they are foamy in a medium bowl (either by a hand whisk or electric beaters.) 

  2. Add in salt and vanilla extract and whisk again until incorporated. 

  3. Stir in coconut and The Moringa Man's moringa powder until all combined. Cover bowl and place in fridge for approx 45mins to allow to chill. 

  4. Preheat oven to 175°c (350ºF) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  5. Scoop out heaped spoonfulls (approx 2 tablespoons worth) of mixture and squeeze/roll to form a tight ball.

  6. Pop onto baking tray (will make approx 10) and place into oven for approx 12-15 minutes.

  7. They are ready when the tops have slightly browned. 

  8. Allow to cool completely befor eating! Enjoy
